Deliveries are typically made Mon – Fri between 8.30am and 5.30pm, and will normally require a signature. If this is not going to be possible or you have special requirements please send an email with the details to email@example.com. We will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
Chicken coops and other large or heavy items will usually take 3 – 5 days to arrive, or if not in stock then delivery may extend to 10 – 15 business days (we will confirm the expected delivery date prior to dispatch). They are fully assembled unless otherwise stated, and will arrive on a pallet on a large curtain-sided lorry.
The delivery pallet sizes range from 1.2m x 1.2m to 1.6m x 1.6m. The driver will unload your order using his pallet handler in as convenient a position as possible, but please note that it cannot travel over grass, gravel, loose or uneven ground including steps. Once unloaded, the driver will depart and leave you to unpack the pallet. If you are unsure whether you have adequate access for a large lorry, or have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us to see if other options may be possible.
All smaller items will usually take 3 – 5 days to arrive, or if not in stock we will advise you of the expected delivery date.
Carriage charges are automatically calculated through the checkout for deliveries to most parts of mainland UK, and are based on weight if sent by courier or pallet size if sent by Palletline (for larger items eg chicken coops).
Deliveries to other more remote parts of the UK eg Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and also Southern Ireland may incur extra shipping costs (including the following postcodes: PA20+, IV, KW, AB, DD8+, PH6-11, PH15+). If applicable you will be notified shortly after placing your order.
For international deliveries, or if you are in doubt about delivery to your area please contact us before placing your order.
